2024 New Year in Tokyo Disneyland – Theme Park of Wonders
Spending 2024 NYE and New Year holiday in Tokyo is not enough before visiting Tokyo Disneyland, a huge theme park designed in a wonderful setting of Disneyland. Tokyo Disneyland was the first theme park of Disney that was built outside the USA in East Asia.
It is stated as the world most-visited theme park in 2019 with the amount of visitors reach up to 23 million. With its seven themed-areas, Tokyo Disneyland can be enjoyed by people in every age, not only the kids or teens.
Areas for discovery
The seven themed-areas in Tokyo Disneyland are the World Bazaar, Adventure Land, Critter Country, Tomorrow Land, Fantasy Land, and Toontown. All of them enchant you to feel the situation in the magical world of Disney and feel as if they are real. The first area – World Bazaar – is a unique shopping place in Disneyland completed with two streets, the main street and the center street. Both streets are covered with a canopy in order to cover the visitors from some elements. In the World Bazaar, some restaurants and souvenir outlets are available.
The next one, Adventure Land has five arenas of playing – Pirates of Carribean, Jungle Cruise, Western River Railroad, Swiss Family Treehouse, and The Enchanted Tiki Room – which attract most of the visitors. In Pirates of Carribean Arena, visitors get into a boat and sail into a cave where many statues of pirates, skulls, and treasures exist. It can be fun for children, teenagers, or adults, yet children may be frightened of the dark situation inside the arena. In the jungle cruise, visitors also sail in a boat through the imitation of Nile, Irawady, Amazon, and Ganges rivers.
Some shocking, yet amusing, attacks come from the elephants, hippos, and the other imitation of animals without warning. Visitors might get wet after experiencing this arena. Coming to the Western River Railroad, the visitors get through the arena by using an old style train and enjoy amazing landscapes of animals and even dinosaurs.
The Swiss Family Treehouse takes the visitors up in a tree where the house is located. The last arena in the Adventure Land, the Enchanted Tiki Room shows a beautiful birds and flowers from Hawaii creating good melody.
Western Land
Right after the Adventure Land, the Western Land completed with six arenas is available. All of the arenas have an old western theme which brings the visitors back to about 50 years ago in the West Country. Next, the Critter Country only provides two attractions, Splash Mountain and Beaver Brothers Explorer Canoes, but both of them are lovely to visit.
The Fantasy Land has about 11 attractions – the most attractions in Tokyo Disneyland. Each of the arenas brings the visitors to the wonder of the theme park. Both Tomorrow Land and Toontown offers seven arenas to the visitors and all of the arenas should not be missed for they give as much wonder as the other arenas.
